Ohio Dance Theatre receives ongoing support from the following:

Workshops & Residencies

Ohio Dance Theatre Workshops &

Residencies are intended to connect

professional artists with the students,

their classroom teachers and the

community. ODT's professional staff

help students to explore their own

creativity  by engaging in movement

activities that employ  the elements of

dance, space and time. Residencies

are specifically designed for the host

school and and integrate Ohio

Department of Education content dance

standards.

Company members of Ohio Dance Theatre conduct Nutcracker workshop for children at Lorain County Community College's Early Childhood Center

Residency fees are based on the length and scope of the residency. Teacher  supervision and participation/involvment is required. ODT residencies require a gym, stage or multi-purpose room with an AC outlet, CD player and a clean, mopped floor.
